“My wife and I moved to Lake Macquarie from Sydney at the end of 2017.
We looked for a while to find the right church for us to be involved.
One of the things we were looking for was a church that was serving and engaged with the community.
My wife, Elaine found Church 4 Life on Facebook and we began following the page to see what the church was doing. The Church 4 Life Clothing Collectors service stood out and we saw quickly that here was a church that was serving the community not only locally, but nationally and internationally.
We have now been involved at Church 4 Life for two years and have each found a niche service opportunity with Elaine managing the catering for the Church after service lunch each Sunday and I, Roger in the Men’s Monthly Breakfast event and fortnightly Men’s Fellowship event called MenTouring. This involvement has given us a practical way of serving others and supporting the work that Church 4 Life is doing.
We enjoy being part of a group of genuine, caring people who put Faith into Practice. We have found our place here in Lake Macquarie and become part of the family at Church 4 Life.
