Amy & Josh

Josh and Amy had difficulty making ends meet after Amy lost work during Covid, and hampers from Church 4 Life made all the difference.

“Church 4 Life Charities really helped us out,” Josh explained. “They heard about our need and blessed us with hampers. It was always the weeks where we were low on money and had nothing in the cupboard. They couldn’t have known but it always worked out that way. We are so grateful for their generosity, such kind people.”

About the same time, Amy applied for a position and became a Retail Assistant in our Tanilba Bay Op Shop. She is now one of our two Store Supervisors and loves to connect with the Tanilba community as she serves them in the shop.
“Church 4 Life Charities has helped me keep a roof over my head, gain friendships in a beautiful community, leave work with a smile and grow my faith by sharing God with others. And I love seeing the miracles Jesus pulls off for this organisation! He uses ordinary people to make a big difference.”

The Tanilba Bay Op Shop is in the Kooindah Centre, Tanilba Bay and is open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 9am – 12pm.
