Church 4 Life Op Shop Helpers Rewards program is our way of saying Thank You to our regular Op Shop customers because their support of us helps us to help those in need in our community.

We hope the rewards received by our customers will help them stretch their budget a little further too.

When you Op Shop with us, you help yourself and you help others, and our Helpers are Rewarded.

Terms & Conditions

Here’s the fine print:

  • Helpers Rewards is a customer loyalty program for Church 4 Life Op Shops.
  • Customers consent to be part of this program by providing their phone number at point of sale. They are providing consent to receive text messages, emails and mail regarding this program, any other activity, promotion and marketing of Church 4 Life and its charities.
  • Customers can choose to withdraw from Helpers Rewards at any time and will automatically and permanently lose any accrued points at that time. Should the customer choose to join again, their points will start from 0.
  • Reward points cannot be exchanged for products or cash and can only be claimed as discounts to purchases when the required number of points has been fully reached and not before.
  • Points and rewards cannot be transferred to other customers for any reason.
  • Church 4 Life Ltd reserves the right to make changes, up to and including pausing or stopping the program, at any time without notice to customers.
  • Church 4 Life Ltd reserves the right to remove any customers from the program at any time without notice.
  • Helpers Rewards do not have an expiry date, however, oldest points will be used first.
  • From time-to-time Church 4 Life Op Shops may add short term bonus points as part of promotions. These are confined to the limitation of those promotions.
  • We will not sell or give away your personal details to any other organisation – ever.

Find A Tiny Jesus Treasure Hunt Competition

‘Find A Tiny Jesus’ is a competition Church 4 Life Op Shops will run from time to time to create some fun for our customers.

Rules of the Game and Terms & Conditions

  • Each op shop will hide a minimum of one specially marked Tiny Jesus figurine sometime between 9am -5pm during the competition period.
  • Each shop will post a clue on their social media account at some point during the day to help customers in their hunt.
  • If a Tiny Jesus is not found on the same day it is hidden, it will remain hidden until it is found or until the end of the competition.
  • Should an op shop be closed for any day during the competition period, e.g. Sunday, they can put out that extra Tiny Jesus as a second to find on any day they choose.
  • Customers who find a Tiny Jesus can register their find at the counter to go into the draw by giving their name and phone number.
  • There is a limit of one entry per customer per op shop.
  • Once the competition period is complete, one entry will be digitally drawn and the customer notified by phone or text.
  • No negotiations or discussions will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
  • Vouchers won will be given in the form of 3,000 Helpers Rewards Points to the value of $100, which can be redeemed at any of Church 4 Life Op Shops in amounts of $10.
  • The winner must be a member of Helpers Rewards to use their voucher.
  • The prize is not redeemable for cash.
  • The prize may only be transferred to another person with the prior approval of the Managing Director of Church 4 Life Charities.
  • The Management of Church 4 Life Op Shops reserves the right to nullify any entry should they believe that intimidation, aggression, coercion or any offensive behaviour by the entrant towards a staff member or another customer has been used to obtain a Tiny Jesus.
  • Church 4 Life Op Shop employees are not permitted to enter this competition. Church 4 Life Op Shop volunteers are permitted to enter this competition.
  • Church 4 Life Management reserves the right to end the competition and/or change the Rules of the Game and/or Terms and Condition at any time for any reason without notice.

Christmas Doesn't Have To Cost The Earth Competition

To help with the cost of Christmas we are giving away $500 in Vouchers between Monday 13th October and Monday 22nd December 2025.

All you need to do to enter is:

  1.  To sign up to Helper’s Rewards click HERE and fill in your details
  2. Make a purchase at any Church 4 Life Op Shop within the Monday – Sunday week
  3. Enter your phone number at time of purchase to log your entry
  4. Add your email in our Helpers Rewards system to receive double entries


Terms & Conditions

  • Customers enter this competition by providing their phone number at point of sale. 
  • Vouchers won will be given in the form of 1,500 Helpers Rewards Points to the value of $50, which can be redeemed at any of Church 4 Life Op Shops in amounts of $10.
  • Winners will be randomly drawn from entries from the prior Monday – Sunday week. 
  • Winners will be notified by phone or text message.
  • Any Helpers Rewards members who have entered their correct email address in the Helpers Rewards system will receive double entries for any week they enter the competition.
  •  Customers may enter as many times as they like. Each purchase is one entry.
